SecureW2 is Hiring a Growth Marketing Manager Near Seattle, WA

SecureW2 is a SaaS Cybersecurity company pioneering the development of certificate-driven enterprise security. We specialize in passwordless security for wired, wireless, VPN, and ZTNA, and application security, ensuring an organization is protected from credential and data theft.

Our clientele ranges from Peloton, Symantec, STMicroelectronics, The Pokemon Company, Glassdoor, American Red Cross, Freshworks, Harvard University, and rapidly growing organizations across the globe.

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to own all aspects of new business demand generation - paid ad strategy, outbound targeting and orchestration, vertical specific campaigns, website conversion optimization, etc. As the first Growth Manager, you will partner closely with sales, and jointly be accountable for pipeline creation. This is a dynamic role for an individual looking to be a key part of the go-to-market team who wants an opportunity to take ownership over strategy and execution, and deliver strong results.

Responsibilities

  • You’ll maintain a maniacal focus on finding and scaling the most cost-effective channels to build pipeline; and own the overall pipeline number alongside your sales partners
  • You’ll own the strategy, implementation, and results of our demand generation programs
  • You’ll understand the business, and analyze/optimize on lower-funnel metrics to ensure campaign ROI
  • You’ll brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run marketing campaigns that drive direct revenue impact.
  • You’re comfortable with, and open to leveraging key channels such as digital advertising, web marketing, paid search, email marketing, nurturing, webinars, direct mail, events, field activities, outbound calling and more.
  • You’ll leverage automation wherever possible to scale approaches that work
  • You’re guided by data: your strategy, tactics, and tests are all rooted in metrics, and allow for rapid experimentation
  • You’ll engage closely with sales to ensure that your programs convert into real opportunities that close

Job Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in Demand Gen and digital marketing. Strong preference for someone with foundational career experience in analytics/strategy in a position such as management consulting, data analysis, investment banking, or similar.
  • 4 year undergraduate degree (Computer Science or STEM preferred).
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize, and get things done
  • Robust analytical skills and a desire to use data in creative ways to drive and measure results. Preference for candidates with technical skillset to work with large sets of data (scripting, SQL, BI tools, etc.), and ability to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working with Marketo, SFDC, Outreach and other martech tools
  • Teamwork and relationship mentality, and strong collaborator - you’ll partner closely with sales and across teams to create the best outcomes
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and creating new processes when we’re doing something for the first time
  • Knowledgeable in paid acquisition channels, such as Search, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
  • A hacker’s type mentality full of curiosity and creativity.
  • Experience in a marketing agency is a plus, but not required.
